Create masterclass content for Proxmox and VMware environments. You'll design hands-on lessons, write clear instructions, and help students navigate virtualization challenges they'll actually face in production.
- Experience with Proxmox or VMware in real deployments
- Comfortable explaining technical concepts to different skill levels
- Strong writing skills for documentation and instruction
- Understanding of VMRC and remote console workflows
Technical Content Specialist
Work with instructors to refine course materials and ensure technical accuracy. You'll review lessons, test procedures, and make sure our content reflects current best practices in system management.
- Background in Linux or Windows server administration
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Familiar with virtualization concepts and remote management
- Experience with educational content is helpful but not required
Video Production Assistant
Help record and edit demonstration videos for system management courses. You'll work with instructors during filming sessions and handle post-production to create polished lessons that students can follow easily.
- Experience with video editing software
- Understanding of screen recording and technical demos
- Good eye for visual clarity and pacing
- Some knowledge of IT concepts is helpful
Platform Support Coordinator
Assist students who run into technical issues while working through courses. You'll troubleshoot virtual machine setups, answer questions about VMware Remote Console connections, and help learners stay on track.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with virtualization platforms
- Patient and clear communication style
- Knowledge of common networking and storage configurations
- Comfortable working with ticketing systems
