This helps us fix bugs, improve performance, and ensure compatibility across different systems including virtualization environments like VMware Remote Console (VMRC) and Proxmox for our system management courses.

Your information serves specific purposes that directly benefit your learning experience. We don't use your data for unrelated marketing or sell it to third parties.

We use your account information to grant access to enrolled courses, send course materials, and provide technical support when you encounter issues. Your progress data helps us personalize your dashboard and suggest next steps in your learning path.

Aggregated usage data shows us which features work well and which need refinement. If many students abandon a particular video at the same timestamp, that's a signal we need to improve that content. This analysis never identifies individual users.

We'll email you about courses you're enrolled in, platform updates that affect your account, and occasionally new courses that match your interests. You can opt out of promotional emails anytime while still receiving essential account notifications.
